Shipping & Returns

Orders are shipped on receipt of payment in full, including all postage/delivery charges.
All costs associated with dishonoured payments and/or recovery action is borne by the purchaser.
We aim to ship in-stock items within two (2) working days of receipt of payment. Please allow longer for larger orders.
Prices are displayed net shipping. Postal/freight charges will be added to your order during the check out process. Shipping is calculated on the basis of order weight and postcode – a shipping estimator is available from the shopping cart pages. Pirouettes Dance Attire and Girly Gifts generally ships with Australia Post however reserves the right to use and alternate carrier without prior notice.
The deposit of goods with our nominated carrier for shipment constitutes supply for the purposes of this agreement and as a consequence, Pirouettes Dance Attire and Girly Gifts accepts no responsibility for loss of or damage to goods in transit. Similarly, the costs of and sole responsibility for transit insurance rests with the purchaser. Purchasers may elect to use Registered Post and may contact Pirouettes Dance Attire and Girly Gifts to arrange additional transit insurance if required.
Pirouettes Dance Attire and Girly Gifts will refund or exchange goods if the purchaser is not 100% satisfied, provided that the item(s) are returned to us within 14 days in unused, original and re-saleable condition, along with your original order confirmation or goods receipt. All associated freight charges are borne by the purchaser and refunds are issued net of postage and handling costs.
Method of Refunds – Pirouettes Dance Attire and Girly Gifts will refund to your credit card or via bank deposit.
